The Spa at The Marsh Introduces the Relax for a Cause Fundraising Program for Community Groups

The Spa at The Marsh is pleased to introduce Relax for a Cause, a fundraising program for non-profit organizations in the Minnetonka area.  It is an excellent opportunity to raise funds for your organization simply by encouraging friends and family to enjoy a service in the spa. 

To participate, you must:
a. be able to provide proof of tax exempt status for your non-profit organization.
b. fill out a Relax for a Cause Fundraiser application form.

We will review your application and, assuming all details are in order, confirm your participation in the program by sending you a pdf of a flier to email or print and distribute to friends and colleagues, encouraging them to participate in this program.

Those who wish to support your organization through this program can book a Marsh Spa service during the designated timeframe for your fundraiser. 

Offer:
For every $50 one of your supporters spends in our spa, The Marsh will donate $5 to your organization.

Details:

• Interested organizations must complete and submit an application form and a tax exempt number.
• Application forms must be submitted at least 15 days in advance of when you want to begin promoting the program.
• At the beginning of each month, The Marsh will email new participants a pdf of a flier that can be distributed electronically or printed and distributed as a hard copy.
• The flier will identify the timeframe during which spa users can “donate” to your organization.
• Length of participation is limited to one month. 
• On the 15th of the month following your fundraiser, The Marsh will cut checks in the appropriate amounts and mail to each organization.
